Preservation and Why it's Important
Hello and Welcome! Think about the city you live in, is there historical landmarks or buildings? Any monuments or museums? If you answered yes to any of those questions then you have definitely experienced the wonderful world of Historical Preservation. Maybe some of you are wondering why is it important, why should we preserve old building and sites? Well I am here to tell you that preserving the lives of those who came before us allows us to grow as a community. We learn from our past, we learn from what our ancestors did before us and if we did not preserve what they left behind then what would we have to learn from.
